By the time you've unlocked 6-Star Raids, you'll probably have at least 6 Pokemon over level 70. However, that will most likely not be enough for you to win in these battles. For your best shot at winning, you'll need a Pokemon in the 90s to 100 range.

To unlock 6 Star Tera Raids, you have to complete the post-game Academy Ace Tournament at Naranja Academy. Afterward, host and complete around ten 5 Star Tera Raids. Once these are completed Jacq will call again this time about the appearance of 6 Star Tera Raids.
