What is the Vietnamese standardized test of English proficiency

Is B2 fluency good
However, a B2 user is able to understand and be understood in most situations. To put this into perspective, users holding a B2 level are eligible for employment positions requiring higher levels of education (e.g. a lawyer). So, suffice to say this is a very good level.
Is C2 better than B2 English
It is an alternative naming convention for CEFR levels where Vantage means B2 level. Other level names in this convention are: A1- Breakthrough, A2- Waystage, B1- Threshold, B2- Vantage, C1- Advanced, C2- Mastery. Which CEFR level is the highest C2 (Proficiency) is the top level you can achieve on the CEFR scale.
Can I get C1 with B2
Students scoring 180 or above on the B2 First will receive a Cambridge English Certificate for level C1. Students scoring between 140 and 160 will receive a B1 English certificate.
Is C1 much more difficult than B2
You'll probably remember the speaking part of your B2 First exam. They'll have asked you simple questions about yourself and your opinions on common themes. At C1 it gets a bit more difficult as you have to talk about more unfamiliar topics too.
