Elwyn, Santa's oldest elf, and Blitzen, a retired reindeer, help Santa out for one last Christmas. Physical Description: p. cm.
Bernard Elf is Santa's Chief Elf. He pretty much oversees all the other elves at Santa's Village. Many of the elves at the North Pole call him "Big B" which, he doesn't mind; just don't call him Bernie. The last elf who did that was assigned to snow shoveling duty on the northern section of the village.
That would make most of the elves in The Santa Clauses at least 1,000-1200 years old, with the most senior elf, Bernard (David Krumholtz), at about 1,400-1,500 years old in the original film.
It's clear that Santa has a lot to do around the holiday season, and he can't possibly get it all done by himself. Santa's little helpers, or Christmas Elves, were first introduced in literature in a short story titled “Christmas Elves” by Louisa May Alcott back in 1855.
They state that one of the oldest elves around is 4,000 years old, and he goes by the name of Kringle. The youngest is only 700 and is named Buttercup. As you can see, Santa is always on the lookout for new elves with plenty of holiday spirit.
Nicholas as an elf. In the 1823 poem A Visit from St. Nicholas (more commonly known today as 'Twas the Night Before Christmas), often attributed to Clement Clarke Moore, Santa Claus himself is described in line 45 as follows: "He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf". Prior to the influence of St.
Claus is much more tight-lipped about her age than Santa is. The last time she talked about it, she mentioned she stopped counting when she turned 170. Similar to Santa, the elves believe Mrs. Claus is roughly the same age, around 1,700 years old.
But if you read The Night Before Christmas, the 1822 poem that established Santa's modern form, you'll see that he's not a big guy at all. He's an elf. He's not even a little bit big. And this is not even alluded to; it's stated very clearly.
Elves take their time doing things because of their long life span. So to them 100 years feels like what 20 years feels like to a Human. In most of the D&D editions a level 1 starting elf is between 100 to 120 years old.
He is thought to be over 10,000 years old by the time the War of the Ring takes place, and in all those many long years, he is credited with saving the entire elven race, selflessly putting his own wants and desires aside for the good of all, and of being a vessel through which the divine could communicate with the …
According to a legend of the Elves, the first Elves were awakened by Eru Ilúvatar near the bay of Cuiviénen. The first Elf to awake was called Imin ("First"). Next to him lay Iminyë, who would become his wife. Near where Imin woke, awoke Tata ("Second") and Tatië, and Enel ("Third") and Enelyë.
Granted, there are a lot of things about the Santa story that make no sense, and we happily lie about all of them. But if you read The Night Before Christmas, the 1822 poem that established Santa's modern form, you'll see that he's not a big guy at all. He's an elf. He's not even a little bit big.
St. Nick is described as being "chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf" with "a little round belly", that "shook when he laughed like a bowlful of jelly", in spite of which the "miniature sleigh" and "tiny reindeer" still indicate that he is physically diminutive.
Although Santa and Mrs. Claus almost never have children in any of their many depictions, there is at least one Christmas Burlesque musical from 1892 that features Kitty Claus, the daughter of Santa.
You asked a really good question, “Are Mom and Dad really Santa really Santa”. We know that you want to know the answer, and we had to give it careful thought to know just what to say. The answer is no.

Dark elves live 300 years on average, with males being slightly more persistent than females. Their physical development is about as fast as that of humans, up until around 25 when their visual aging slows down to almost nothing.
Age: Half-elves mature at the same rate humans do and reach adulthood around the age of 20. They live much longer than humans, however, often exceeding 180 years.
An elf typically claims adulthood and an adult name around the age of 100 and can live to be 750 years old. Elves take their time doing things because of their long life span. So to them 100 years feels like what 20 years feels like to a Human.
Corellon created the first elves, and so they are considered the Mother and Father of all elves.
It's up to Arthur (James McAvoy), Santa's youngest son, to deliver a present to the forgotten tyke before Christmas morning dawns.
"There is no such thing as being too old to believe in Santa, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy," Kelman tells Yahoo Life. "Letting kids figure it out on their own is preferable to parents breaking the news to them.
Long before he lived in the North Pole, and long before his yearly Christmas visits brought joy to all the children of the world, Santa Claus was a child himself. He was once just an ordinary baby boy named Nicholas. The baby boy was just like any other, but his parents hoped for great things from their only son.

Meet Buddy Hobbs (aka local marathon runner Blake Crossley)! He's a human, raised by elves, and the tallest of St. Nick's helpers. Unlike his fellow elf friends who live in the North Pole, Buddy resides in the Wood Buffalo region.
